The media runs their stories with complete disregard of whether or not they destroy a human life, Michael Jackson, Princess Diana or whoever else falls in their path of destruction. This blog is dedicated to the exposure of the media, the justice of Michael Jackson's personal legacy, and the current day litigation that must be re-amended.

Our Media: "Katherine BEGGED Lionel Richie to have Son in "We are the World" song...

Hey guys, I am exhausted but I am writing you still. According to my clock here in San Diego it is    11:48 pm about 2 hours past my bedtime but I still feel the need to write. I will be getting up in 5 hours to go to my job  then off to do 5 hours at night for grad school but Michael needs someone to act on his behalf!

Doing my research on our "up and to the moment" media, I have come across more articles that are slanderous and speculative, AT MOST

I will try to summate without boring you too badly. The first article is apparent. It addresses Katherine Jackson and how she PLEADED with Lionel Richie to have Michael Jackson included in the new recording of "We are the World." I don't know about you, but if any celebrity would go as far as to make the King of Pop's mother publicly beg to have her son included in the new song recording would be pretty much the biggest BIGOT on the face of the planet. In retrospect, the BIGOT here is the media.

How dare they make Katherine Jackson come across desperate and Lionel Richie snobby!!!

HOW DARE THEY!

The second and third articles address the fact that the Judge involved in Conrad Murray's case is in fact delaying the proceeding for the reason that he believe's that Jackson's fame could play a serious factor.

Hmm, umm, well...WASN'T MICHAEL JUST MINDLESSLY MURDERED????

Michael's fans are NOT the only people up in arms about his passing. Let me also state that I have never, in my whole life of 35 years, EVER experienced a person be so humiliated in their death!!!

Just you watch. Things are going to change.
I promise you.

  1. RE: Michael Jackson in new version of "We Are The World."

    Hello again Ginger,

I hope all is well with you today. Sounds like Friday is a very busy day for you.

I didn't get the feeling Mrs. Jackson begged for Michael to be included in the new version. How I read it was he was going to be included before Mrs. Jackson asked. Her additional request was that Janet be included. I'm sorry, where's the harm? From the moment I heard they were re-working the song for Haiti, I assumed Michael's vocals would be worked into the new track. As we all know, he co-wrote the song.

I think that's a really nice touch having Janet participate. It warmed my heart. Interesting...no LaToya? Hmm, I guess we will just have to wait and see.

    Peace

  2. RE: Judge Delays Access To Michael Jackson's Medical Records

The judge delayed on his ruling to Joe Jackson's request to Michael's medical records in his bid to sue for wrongful death to pursue a monthly allowance from his deceased son's estate.

I'm going to attempt to tread carefully here because one, there is so much we don't know and two, Michael's children. Two of them acknowledged their grandfather and said they love him on The Grammys last month. May God bless and protect them throughout their lives. They are children and as such, they are innocent and their father has properly raised them with an abundance of love.

There are so many questions here that this story raises for me and I'm not completely convinced this is the fault of the media. Joe Jackson going to court to obtain an allowance is odd to me. I know, that's an understatement big time. Brian Oxman as the attorney is odd to me. Is he a family friend? Family attorney? Family spokesperson? Which family member or members? Wasn't he fired by Michael in the early stages of the last child molestation charges that were acquitted? Didn't he fall asleep in court? Does he strike you as an individual who likes to bask in the light of the media? Wouldn't Mr. Oxamn profit by way of getting a piece of Michael's estate? Is it just me or is it not unsettling to profit in such a way as a friend?

Mr. Joe Jackson seeking an allowance from the estate is truly a sad state of affairs. Can't or don't other family members financially help out? Not one? Is he really asking for money from his son's estate to take care of his own children at age 80? Really?

I wish the family could find a way to heal the longstanding pain and avoid the airing of issues that should be private.

  3. RE: Michael Jackson's Fame a Challenge for the Defense

This piece is nonsensical to me. Coulda, shoulda, woulda. I am in complete agreement with you on this one Ginger. What's the point? "Expert" opinions from people not privy to the case details. Where's the enlightenment? The jury is supposed to be impartial and just look at the facts. Finding jurors willing to make the commitment of time in these challenging economic times might take awhile for such a high profile case. It will be done though.

I agree with you here Ginger, it was a waste of time reading this article. Like yourself, I didn't learn anything of substance.

    Peace.

  4. Well hello emmdeep,

All is well. A very long and exhausting week but I believe we are fighting the fight of making life happen for ourselves, right?

    Okay:
#1. I was just expanding on how the media made Katherine and Lionel Richie sound. There is no harm in her concern over making sure Michael and Janet are involved in the new project. I just didn't care for the way it was worded in the media. They could have taken a more respectful, gentle approach.
#2. Yes, Yes, Yes. I AGREE!! Excellently put.
#3. Thank you for your support. It is a non-sensical excuse to avoid the un-avoidable. The Judge is going to HAVE to delegate some authority and go forward with this hearing. It has the possibility of making him the most hated man alive, so we will see what happens.
