The content of my blog includes research based criticizm of the current day media and their un-supported, fictional stories created for the only purpose of promoting themselves. The media runs their stories with complete disregard of whether or not they destroy a human life, Michael Jackson, Princess Diana or whoever else falls in their path of destruction. This blog is dedicated to the exposure of the media, the justice of Michael Jackson's personal legacy, and the current day litigation that must be re-amended.

Beauty Destroyed

Forgive me, but I have to just say...that I am speechless. Listening to "Stranger in Moscow" breaks my heart.

How could this message from Michael go unheard?
Does anyone listen to the words he writes? Or is he just a dance song to most people?

I have posted a link in my prior post to one of the most amazing performances he has ever done, and it is beautiful. Who could have thought that such a complicated dance piece could be put together with such a deep and meaningful song? I know if I was an artist trying to figure out how I would perform this song that I would probably come up with something cliche like sitting in the middle of the stage while it rained in the background. This piece is the essence of beauty realized.

What is more beautiful is the pain that Michael shares with us candidly in his work. He does not apologize for the pain resounding in his heart so loudly that it almost drowns out the loving cry of his fans. The moment Michael's character went into question I sat back and observed celebrities, one by one, denounce his name and forbid the talk of Michael. More painfully, I saw Michael fans slowly become closeted for fear of harsh judgement from the ignorant. Then, if that wasn't enough, I saw the media, like Diane Sawyer, jump on the "monkey-train" and demean him at every moment possible. Calling him names such as Wacko-Jacko, and refusing to believe that anything he said was true.

Michael couldn't possibly be this talented without having a quirk, and apparently the media had it all figured out. Diane Sawyer bemuses me in the interview she held with Michael and Lisa Marie. Diane states, very condescendingly,

"I did not spend all my years as a serious journalist to ask these kinds of questions, but here it goes. Do you guys have sex?"

Really Diane? Are you really wanting me to comment on everything wrong with that statement?

Once again, this proves my argument about the media using Michael as a sensationalist product in order to thrust themselves further into the spotlight. Here is a link to that interview. Listen to the condescension and skepticism in Diane's tone, and then listen to Michael's forgiving, kind, and honest answers.

Watch and remember.

  1. Hello,

I share in your admiration of Michael. One small correction: the interviewer in question was Diane Sawyer.

    Peace

  4. Absolutely. The audacity that the media plays ignorant about just makes me furious. They pride themselves on their sensationalism as true fact, and don't see that their truth is extremely harmful. When will they realize that Michael started taking drugs when he was first accused and condemned by the media in 1993????
Before he died, he said that his favorite albums that he released were "Thriller" and "Bad" not because of the innovative impact they would make on the industry, but because they were so lovingly welcomed.
When "Dangerous" came out he actually beat his sales record for "Bad" ,but then as soon as he went on tour, the boy and his dad came out with their accusations and the media excitingly welcomed it with open arms.
It disgusts me quite frankly, and I will continue this bombardment on them until they accept responsibility for the death of the King.
I don't think it is too much to ask. Do you???

  5. Hi Ginger,

It has been extremely upsetting to see, hear and read all the blatant and misconstrued lies about this man. And no, it shouldn't be too much to ask or expect the media for reputable and confirmed truths. It seems gone are the days of journalists actually validating what they say or write. The malicious, constant and unrelenting scrutiny and judgment Michael experienced over the years in regards to his personal life is almost unimaginable to me. I really don't know how anyone could go peacefully at sleep at night knowing full well that their deeds in the name of the almighty dollar played a horrible part in another human being's tragic demise...just wilfully spreading and creating slanderous lies about another human being.

My personal experience on this earth has taught me that what you put out into the universe, it will come back to you. Also, the shining light of truth can never be denied.

These kinds of people don't care to realise how harmful and mean-spirited their actions were and continue to be. Sadly, making a quick buck by any means necessary and stirring the pot of sensationalism is the mission.

    Peace.

  6. "Freedom of the press" has certainly changed in definition since the day it was written into the Constitution, hasn't it?

I mean, if you reflect on the time in history in which it was created it was created with the intention to give the general public a voice so that the government wouldn't be a constrictive force.

Where on earth does it say in the Constitution that blatant lies will be defended, and actually have a separate amendment added to protect these type of people that do it for a living??

Read my next blog and you will see what I am speaking about. I bet you didn't know about these details that occurred within the court room of Michael's 2006 trial.

Martin Bashir should be in jail and sentenced to a life of silence. He is an evil and conniving rodent that needs to be fed rat poison.
